Finding Us

GPS will get you to our general location, in the Windmill Village Office Park (behind the Windmill Square retail shops). Step-by-step directions are available at the bottom of this page.

IMPORTANT: There is no longer a shared lobby. If signage doesn’t specify Suite 140, please don’t knock or enter, as you may disturb someone else’s business.

Essential Psychiatry is located in the Windmill Village Office Park near Metcalf and 97th

7299 W 98th Terrace is also designated as BUILDING 6. Park in the lot north of Building 6, close to Home Depot.

Parking is also available curbside across the street and in the lot south of Building 6.

The Entrance

Suite 140 is in the middle of the building, between Johnson County Dental and the large number 6.

In addition to clear signage, look for our welcome mat and a large pot of flowers by the door.

Directions

From Metcalf (headed north), turn left on 97th St. Pass Home Depot (on your right) and the Windmill Square Shopping Center (on your left).

Turn left onto 98th Terrace at the Windmill Village Office Park sign, before 98th curves sharply to the right.

Take an immediate right turn into the first parking lot you see. After parking, follow the sidewalk south (away from Home Depot), past the dentist’s office. Essential Psychiatry is the next entrance, in the middle of Building 6. There is clear signage on the front door.

Late arrivals will be accommodated whenever possible. If too little time remains to safely complete your visit, address your concerns, and make appropriate treatment decisions, we will help you reschedule to ensure you receive the time your care deserves.
